These are some of the activities for the PWS in our supported living service. Designed to be engaging, promote independence, and support social connections.
- Life Skills Development: Cooking classes, budgeting, and home maintenance to encourage independence.
- Social and Recreational Outings: Visits to parks, museums, or cafes to foster community connections.
- Physical Activities: Gentle exercise like yoga, walking clubs, or swimming to promote health and wellness.
- Creative Hobbies: Arts and crafts, music sessions, or gardening to express creativity and enhance mental well-being.
- Educational Programs: Computer literacy, reading groups, or basic job skills workshops to build confidence and skills.
- Volunteer or Community Service: Opportunities to volunteer can build purpose and community involvement.
